This beautiful 2-layer sponge cake featured lemon pudding, a light whipped topping, fresh blueberries, and a touch of lemon zest.
Senior center members shared that they love our chefโ€™s seasonal creations even more than store-bought treats. A compliment we truly appreciate.

Alphonse has been with Douglas for short-term rehab for a few weeks, and this isnโ€™t his first time with us. ๐Ÿ’™

Heโ€™s enjoyed staying active with our monthly Veteran Coffee House and activities, along with good food and a friendly team. He says therapy keeps him busy, too.

While heโ€™s looking forward to moving closer to family, Alphonse shared he would return to Douglas again if he ever needed care in the future. ๐Ÿ˜Š
