Did you know that improper contact lens care can lead to serious eye infections—and even vision loss? 😱 Whether you’re new to lenses or a longtime wearer, now’s the perfect time to brush up on healthy habits:

🧼 Wash your hands before handling lenses
😴 Don’t sleep in your contacts (unless your doctor says it’s OK)
💧 Keep lenses away from water (no swimming or showering in them!)
🧴 Always use fresh cleaning solution—never "top off"
📅 Replace lenses as recommended
👩‍⚕️ Schedule regular eye exams

Celebrating 40 Years of Dedicated Eye Care in Windham! 👓🎉

On October 15, 1985, Dr. Roxanne Parker Metayer, O.D. opened the doors to her optometry practice in Windham with a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate eye care for the whole family.

Now, 40 years later, we proudly celebrate this milestone and the thousands of patients we've had the privilege to serve.

In January 2025, we welcomed Dr. Lindsey Butler to the practice, allowing us to expand access and continue delivering the personalized care our community has come to trust.

Thank you to all our patients—past, present, and future—for being part of this incredible journey!
