We have so much going on in our own heads that it can be difficult to find peace. Learning to calm your mind can be challenging and meditation is great for this! Also so is massage 😎

What are you doing to relax? How are you allowing your body to relax. Tell me some ways you are able to relax.

I have a few sessions available before I go on vacation for a week.

Tomorrow morning in Lewiston I have a 9:30am

Saturday I have a couple sessions available in Lewiston in the morning/early afternoon and in Windham starting at 4:30

Also last day to get massage gift certificates at 20% off is Monday, June 30th, even if you want one for yourself to use when I return!
