Step into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Tomorrow starts our Spring Cleanse series led by Haley LeBuff Proto- available both in studio and live streaming via zoom!

This four-week series is inspired by Saucha: the yogic principle of cleanliness, clarity, and intentional living. Together, we’ll explore what it means to gently release physical, mental, and emotional clutter while deepening our yoga practice and reconnecting with what truly supports us.

Meeting on the four Fridays in April, each session blends intentional movement, breathwork, and reflection with a 28-Day Decluttering Challenge (removing 10 items per day). Rather than a harsh “cleanse,” this journey is about creating space — in your home, your schedule, and your inner world — so that clarity and ease can naturally arise.

Participants will also be invited into a supportive group chat to share progress, reflections, encouragement, and accountability throughout the month.
