Partners Senior Living Options is seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership skills for a Regional RN in the Windom, Heron Lake, and Lakefield, MN areas. The Regional RN would provide care at Pine View in Windom, Lakeview in Heron Lake and Valley View in Lakefield. This person must enjoy working with people and have a desire to be person-centered in caring for the elderly.
This person will not only understand our company's Core Values - Dignity, Professionalism, Integrity, Passion, and Humor - but be willing to come to work excited to embrace these. We are looking for an individual who will exemplify these values and be willing to work hard in overseeing the health and safety of our Residents.
This position of the Regional RN is multifaceted overseeing nursing duties in our assisted livings. Some of the duties include:
providing staff training
supervision of medication management
ensuring the sites are meeting regulations according to licensure requirements
work closely with the residents in assessing their health care needs
This position reports to the Nursing Services Director for Partners Senior Living Options.
This full time salaried position has a great benefit's package to include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k). This position will be scheduled for day hours Mon-Fri; however, flexibility is a must.
There is minimal on call for this position as we work with a service for after hours on call.
This position comes with a cell phone stipend .
