I love teaching people how to effectively move their body to create more flexibility and strength without straining to get through their workout. Pilates is about controlling movements and breath to get the most out of the time spent exercising.

With covid, I've taken all of my classes online through zoom, opening up more space for more people than my home studio provided. A mat provides comfort, but really all you need is your body and the floor.
