There’s one thing about Chandler, if you have a painful sore muscle - he’ll get you feeling better! He has a cool way of working deeply on an energetic level without painful digging that just works!

Spotwork and Bodywork massages are his specialty and shouldn’t be missed. Spotwork for those specific muscle areas and Bodywork for overall massage. He’s got evening and weekend appointments that work with busy schedules and commitments.

My clients coming in for reflexology will say my neck is hurting and I’ll say get in with Chandler “he’ll fix it” and the next report is they feel better! Simple as that! I hope you’re not hurting but if you are get an appointment scheduled. The world is tough enough no need to hurt too.

Healistics second location in Polk City booking with Susan is open. From the Healistics website navigate to Susan’s page and choose “Book in Polk City” button. Or my current story has the link.

Existing clients you will have to enter info since this is a separate site.

No changes at the Des Moines/Windsor Heights location! I am there Tuesday and Thursday! Chandler is there evenings and weekends!

I have hopes this allows new clients find spots in either location. Please share and help the world receive good vibes and get the healing everyone needs.

Healistics is launching two locations next month! In the City and In the Woods! For Susan’s scheduling only.

My Windsor Heights location will remain the same open Tuesday and Thursday for all current services. No change there in offerings or times.

My rural Polk City location will be open Monday afternoons and Wednesdays. Possible Friday/ weekend pop ups as well! Services offered will be a little different due to space. Offerings include our tired and true Foot Reflexology, a stand alone Hand and Foot Reflexology, a stand alone Head/Scalp Massage and Reiki Energy Work session.

Note: No the combo Hand, Foot, Ear, Head Reflexology or Bodywork Massage due to space - a table just doesn’t fit. But you can receive in Windsor Heights with me or Chandler!

My new location allows me to expand my schedule and client area while being near home. The rural Polk City location has NO gravel travel and is anywhere between 15-30 minutes from the metro. It’s a beautiful drive over some rivers and through nature. I will stay open as long as the winter weather allows. And reopen asap if the weather closes me. Hoping for another mild winter and we have the city location this time!

My plan is to be open in both locations in August. Same booking process with square just a different link. Easy peasy. Google will remain for the Windsor Heights shop because I never want to go through that change again. Ha! I’ll be updating the website soon. I’m so excited I hope you are too!

Susan here! I’m entertaining the idea of a second location for reflexology for my side of Healistics.

My Windsor Heights location services would not change Tuesdays and Thursdays. A second location in Polk City would be available Monday and Wednesday. This would be the same reflexology only setup I started a couple of years ago in the RV on our acreage. (No change for Chandler’s services).

Let me know your thoughts! It’s such a beautiful setting and I miss it! You could choose Reflexology in the City or Reflexology in the Woods. ✨✨

Hi Susan here! Happy Summer Solstice. Just want to tell you something. You are doing great!

I know there’s aches and pains in your body but you are doing the work to help yourself feel better. You are getting your self care, changing habits and making intentions. I hear you say it!

I see new clients coming in and I love that they found Chandler and me! Thank you clients for sharing us and our services. Thank you for supporting our small businesses.

Foot Reflexology and Hand, Foot, Head and Ear Reflexology are some of our most scheduled services along with Chandler’s Spotwork Massage. So much healing and deep relaxation happens within our little office it just makes us happy.

Remember you are deserving of care! You are loved! And we accept you just as you are!

Susan here! These times are challenging and economic stress and uncertainty trickle down to small business. We are finding less bookings and clients hanging on to that extra money. Clients have been laid off and that’s beyond scary plus living costs are up. We get it! Totally! We feel it too.

Chandler and I have made the shorter less expensive offerings to be mindful and help. I haven’t added any credit card fees (I don’t believe in that ever) or raised prices. But it’s a make or break world out there and we feel it deeply.

We are always grateful for what we have! You’ll never know how much! But in a digital world where you are fed good only this is real talk from a small local business.

If you could share us every bit helps. We love referrals!

Chandler is the evening and weekend guy! He’s great with new clients young, middle and old. I love to see his schedule fill to know clients are receiving welcoming and professional massage services with a good vibe.

It’s ok to take care of your first. We are happy to help with a relaxing massage, healing reflexology or some spot work on this areas that hurt and hold stress. Happy times, scary times, lonely sad times, misunderstood time or anytime is a good time to care for yourself.
