The joy they’ve brought into Kimberly Hall North is something you can truly feel. Many of these women have personal connections here, with loved ones who once called KHN home. The fact that they chose to return and give their time means everything to us.

As we head into Nurses Day, we’re spotlighting Donna Carey, Assistant Director of Nursing and Infection Control Nurse at Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North.

Two roles that carry a lot of responsibility. Supporting clinical teams. Setting the standard for care. Staying ahead of infection prevention to protect residents and staff.

Today we are shining the spotlight on Kiy Ager, Central Supply, for being recognized while demonstrating our standard of care: .

When a resident became tearful, Kiy immediately paused what she was doing to be present with her. She sat down beside her, offered a steady, calming presence, and provided comfort in a quiet, reassuring way. Sometimes it’s not about doing more, but simply being there until a resident feels safe, heard, and at ease again. 💙

Shoutouts like this are shared throughout our building as part of our peer-to-peer recognition program, giving teams a way to see and celebrate the heart behind the care we provide every day.
