🌟 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬: Celebrating Social Work Month 🌟
This year’s theme is “Social Workers: Uplift. Defend. Transform.”—and Ashley Bray embodies it every day.
Ashley found her calling in social work while helping care for her grandmother as a teenager. She spent 9 years as a CNA and has spent the last 1.5 years at Kimberly Hall North, making a real difference in the lives of older adults. This May, she’ll be earning her Master’s in Social Work from UConn, a milestone we can’t wait to celebrate!
Outside of work, Ashley cheers on the UConn Women’s teams, volunteers with The Alzheimer’s Association, and enjoys life with her dog Myla, and her cats, Gidget and Sutton.
We’re so proud of Ashley and excited to follow her journey as she continues to uplift, defend, and transform lives. 💙
