Our September 2025 Santa Rosa Member Highlight is:

⭐️ Michelle Crippen ⭐️

Meet Michelle – a total baddie and absolute force of nature at our Windsor studio! With her crazy amazing energy, badass athleticism, and infectious positivity, she lights up every room she walks into. Michelle’s loyalty, support, and down-to-earth vibe make her the kind of person everyone wants on their team. Her presence multiplies the vibe, and if you’re lucky, you can catch her dancing to the amazing music in class. We’re 10x better with her around💥🔥💪

Here is a little more about Michelle:

✅ Favorite Workout:
Give me all the heart-pounding Hot Strength and Hot Pilates! 🔥 But I also love listening to my body and honoring the days when I need to slow down with traditional mat pilates or restorative yoga. It took me a while to find that balance, and it feels empowering every time I get it right.

✅ Favorite Exercise:
Planks push me both mentally and physically; they’re such a powerful reminder of how the mind and body are well connected. Push-ups are my least favorite, which is exactly why I know I need to keep working on them! (Pro tip: a resistance band looped above the elbows makes push-ups more doable and are confidence-boosting!)

✅ Why I love the heat:
The heat is such a win-win for me. I’ve always loved warm, hot environments, so adding it to my workouts feels natural. Sometimes I imagine I’ve been transported to a tropical, humid island, just moving my body and vibing to the music. 🌴🔥

✅ Post workout routine?
My first treat after class is always the eucalyptus cold rag. The second is catching up with staff and the friends I’ve made through classes. And the third is heading home for a protein & creatine smoothie, which really sets my day up for success. 💪

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
Every time I walk into WFC, I know I’m about to be:
🔥 Pushed, challenged, and reminded of my own strength

💪 Kept on my toes with new exercises and class routines

🎶 Powered by loud, high-energy music that drives my focus

✅Meet Jezara & Vinitia – two powerhouse instructors who bring heart, wisdom, and a whole lot of inspiration to Windsor Fitness Club! Jezara & Vinitia embody the spirit of WFC—strength, balance, and whole-body wellness. They provide knowledge about your body, whatever season it is in, and gives us the empowering guidance and lessons we need to understand ourselves better. ⚡️Jezara Bertolucci⚡️
Jezara Bertolucci is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional with over 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer specializing in group fitness. She has expertise in a range of fitness modalities including HIIT Pilates, strength training, kickboxing, and Beachbody programs like Core De Force, Insanity, P90x, and PiYo. Jezara has proven success in leading small groups and youth sports teams, focusing on conditioning, rehabilitation, and overall health.
In addition, Jezara is a certified Holistic Massage therapist, with specializations in lymphatic drainage, sports massage, soft tissue, and prenatal care. She continuously pursues knowledge in biomechanics, the health of the nervous system, and stress response, believing that true health is the ultimate form of wealth.

⚡️Vinitia Laroia⚡️
My yoga and meditation practice began in 1998 when I was a student and ski bum in Colorado. Since then, I have made long term homes in Wyoming, Japan, and California. Influenced by the natural world and the many places I have traveled; my personal practice is based on a sense of deep ecology and global philosophy. I practice and teach various movement modalities, including vinyasa, yin, and barre sport; as well as Buddhist and guided meditation.

Our August 2025 Santa Rosa Member Highlight is:

⭐️ Eliza Carrington ⭐️

Meet Eliza, a longtime WFC member who is a regular at both locations, sometimes taking TWO classes a day. Her warmth and ability to make everyone feel welcome is a true asset to the studio. Not only does she bring energy to every class, but she also provides thoughtful, constructive feedback that helps us grow and improve as a studio. We’re beyond grateful to have Eliza as part of the fam—thank you for always showing up and letting us be a part of your fitness routine!

Here is a little more about Eliza:

✅ Favorite Workout:
Pilates and Strength. I love anything with weights and the more challenging, the better.

✅ Favorite Exercise:
probably squats and/or deadlifts.

✅ Why I love the heat:
I love the sweat and how each class is a challenge. Recently on a vacation that included a lot of uphill hiking at high altitude and realized that the heat also gives us great endurance to be successful in all aspects of fitness. 

✅ Post workout routine? I
make a protein shake with Orgain protein powder, amino acids, a greens powder and mix it with berries. I drink half before and half after. Sometimes I take 2 Advil and a shot of espresso.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
I took my first class on my 49th birthday and was immediately hooked. I’m thankful for Windsor Fitness every day. Joining has not only given me confidence and strength turning 50 last winter but it makes me happy and strong. I love how nice everyone is and each class caters to all levels of fitness.

Bay Area native with over 20 years of coaching experience. Certified personal trainer, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. Avid soccer player since the age of 4, soccer has always been my way to express myself. This led me to play in college and semi-professionally around the Bay Area. I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and connecting with friends and family.

⚡️Vanessa Selzer⚡️
I started practicing Pilates in 2017 and was instantly amazed by how it brought clarity and lightness to my body and mind. In 2019, I began teaching! Pilates is my lifeline. It’s not just a workout, it’s a system of support for growth and transformation. Every time I see someone accomplish their goals, I appreciate the great reward of being part of their fitness journey!

⚡️Jessica McMillan⚡️
I started my training in dance, but soon my interests turned to yoga. Yoga created an avenue of self-reflection and deepening into the body like no other. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and got my 200hr YTT in 2014. Since then, I have taken advanced Anna Forest training, been a practitioner of Ayurveda, and developed an extensive understanding of the muscles and movement of the body through massage therapy. All this knowledge has been integrated into my practice and has helped me to be intentional and intuitive with my touch. Yoga is the perfect start if you want to strengthen your connection with yourself while gaining balance and strength!

⭐ Nicole Humber⭐️

Nicole is an absolute powerhouse at Windsor Fitness Studio! Always surrounded by a positive energy crew, she brings unmatched enthusiasm and vibrant vibes to every class. Her infectious energy lights up the room, making every workout feel more like a party than a sweat session. Nicole doesn’t just show up—she elevates the entire experience.


Here is a little more about this member:

✅Favorite Workout:
Strength, hands down. I’m a proud, consistent 5:15am OG and you’ll catch me begrudgingly doing Pilates when it’s on the schedule (I’m just a baby, okay?!). But don’t worry, I always find a way to sneak in a little strength. And Saturday morning yoga with Amy? That’s my reset button. I love it.

✅Favorite Exercise:
Core, core, core. Give me halos, side bends, RDLs, deadlifts (anything that makes my abs pop or my glutes sore). Least favorites? Burpees (the devil’s work) and gliders (slippery lies).

✅Why I Love the Heat:
Because I’m a natural-born sweater, and the hot room is my happy place. It’s like I’m surrounded by my fellow puddle people, and it weirdly makes me feel like a badass. Plus, watching my muscles glisten in that front row mirror? Not gonna lie it’s a vibe. The heat + movement combo has toned my body more than any other workout. I swear I have baby abs now and I’m not letting them go.

✅Post-Workout Routine:
515am crew life means my post-workout routine is tight: take a sweaty selfie (only post-worthy ones, obviously), then race home to get ready for the workday. I’m a creature of habit; Monday through Friday, it’s the same flow.
