⚡️Bryanna Vives⚡️

NASM Certified personal trainer. Bryanna has always loved movement and staying fit, growing up with a background in both competitive soccer and swimming. Full circle fitness is what I am committed to, mind, body and soul. To say I am passionate about fitness would be an understatement, not just for the physical benefits but for the health and wellness it brings both mentally and emotionally as well. Fitness is not only ageless but limitless when provided with the correct movement patterns, workout programming, cueing and modifications. I pride myself not only to give a great workout but to do so in a way where people of every age level and fitness level can get through. There is no better way to connect the mind, body, and soul than to get the body moving in any and every way possible. Most of my fitness background has been in weight and strength training with a new found love and obsession for Pilates, physiotherapy and longevity of health and wellness. “When You Want to Succeed As Bad As You Want to Breathe, Then You’ll Be Successful” – Eric Thomas

I’m originally from Texas, and still love the heat. I’ve always loved to move and started dancing at a young age. Anything that connects me to music, physical fitness and heat energizes me. I became a fitness instructor when I found classes I was passionate about. I love strength training and barre as they provide a solid foundation for our everyday movements. I’ve gained invaluable insight into the mechanics of the human body and the importance of functional strength and flexibility. I’m always looking for new ways to challenge my fitness while having fun. Out of the studio, I’m a mom of two and an avid tennis player. I’m excited to share my love and passion for fitness and movement with y’all.

✅ Favorite Workout:
Something I truly love and appreciate about Windsor Fitness is the classes. My favorites are Hot Pilates and Hot Strength—they combine weights with
fun music, and I always leave feeling strong, confident, and energized.

✅ Why I love the heat:
The heat not only helps with mobility but
also feels amazing for a full-body detox.

✅ Post workout routine?
After class, I usually pick up my son from
football, head home to cook a nice dinner, and enjoy the best sleep after such a powerful workout. Even on days when I feel low on energy, I remind myself to just show up and get on my mat, because I always end up loving it.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
The instructors and members create such a supportive, positive community. No matter your level, each class makes you stronger, inside and out.

⚡️Rachel Hawkins⚡️
Rachel is a transplant to Santa Rosa who began teaching group fitness as a way to meet new friends with a common thread. Rachel teaches two newer fitness formats- Upbeat Barre and High Fitness. These formats are music driven with a fun incorporation of popular radio hits that will have you singing mid-class forgetting that you’re also getting stronger at the same time. Her passion for teaching is palpable and seeing the smiles on participants faces is what keeps her going. When not in the studio Rachel is a mother to two children, as well as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She enjoys cooking, any form of physical fitness, and being around family and friends. Native to Oregon she appreciates a good cloudy day with a chance or rain. Rachel looks forward to seeing your smiles around the studio.

⚡️Kate Remsen⚡️
Kate began her yoga practice in Los Angeles, CA in 2010 and quickly realized that yoga was not only for the body but also for the mind. Coming from a chaotic mental state, yoga helped guide her on the path to her truest self. Now, yoga has become a way to harness the strength within; building from the core, or third chakra, and expanding outwards. Kate has a background in Power Yoga and has modified her teachings to include both strength building and restorative poses, creating a balanced body and mind connection.

⭐️ Califa Witsch⭐️

We couldn’t be more proud of our amazing member, Califa! Her dedication and hard work have led to incredible growth and improvement since joining Windsor Fitness Club. Week after week, she pushes herself, stays consistent, and inspires everyone around her. We absolutely love having her in our fitness family and can’t wait to see her continue to shine!

Here is a little more about Califa:

✅ Favorite Workout:
I love Strength Classes! I’ve gotten SO much stronger by pushing myself, upping my weights, and just going for it. It’s such a confidence boost to see what my body is capable of.

✅ Favorite Exercise:
I’m a sucker for kettlebell swings and squats—they make me feel like a powerhouse. And okay fine… burpees and I have a love/hate thing going on.

✅ Why I love the heat:
Because sweating is magic! It feels like a reset button—every drop of sweat is stress leaving my body!

✅ Post workout routine?
After class, I rush home, shower, caffeinate, fuel up with protein, drop my kids at school and then dash off to work. It’s my version of a power start to the day.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
I’m grateful for the consistency, strength & community I’ve found at WFC! If you see me, come say hi—I’m always down to talk workouts, real estate, or the best local Sonoma County spots!

Meet Sydney – a young, dedicated member who shows up with energy, commitment, and a positive spirit every time she walks through our doors. Her loyalty and passion for her fitness journey inspire those around her, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our community! 🔥💪

Here is a little more about Sydney:

✅ Favorite Workout:
My favorite class to take is hot strength.

✅ Favorite Exercise:
My favorite workout (controversially) is weighted burpees.

✅ Why I love the heat:
I love the heat because it feels like a release. I feel like I’m getting rid of all of the bad toxins in my body PLUS it makes me feel like I worked out harder;) 🔥

✅ Post workout routine?
Usually after I work out I chug a protein shake and sleep for like two hours.

✅ Anything extra you would like to add:
Windsor fitness club is more than a place that I work out at. I’ve been coming for four years and it feels like a second home. All of the staff feels like family and almost every day I find a new friend.
