Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, LaRae Strom!
As a personal care attendant at Historic Homes of Runnemede, LaRae provides resident-centered care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and documenting resident health statuses, supporting care plans, and contributing to housekeeping, meal service, and recreational activities. Her nominator said, “LaRae Strom consistently demonstrates the dedication, compassion, and teamwork that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. She is someone who can always be counted on to step up when needed—covering shifts, supporting colleagues, and ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.
