We are a retirement and health care community offering a complete continuum of care in one beautiful location. It's your choice: Independent & assisted living apartments & suites, specialized care for Alzheimer's & related dementias, short or long term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. Founded in 1988 by two nurses experienced in long-term care, our mission has always been to improve the standards of care and the quality of life for seniors. Over 30 years later, we are still Vermont family-owned and operated.
