Let’s kick it into gear and get those 2lbs of veggies in. Eating for health!

How about you? What do you eat for?
Entertainment ?
Numbing?
Reward?
Fulfillment?
Comfort?
Trust me, I get it ….but when eating for things food can’t fulfill….well then where does it stop?
When will you be numb enough, happy enough, comforted enough…by food? Never, because it tends to come with a heaping surging of guilt, remorse, lethargy, fatigue, and joint pain.

I get it. I get it.

Is now the time to write a new story?

Lunch time!!!
What we put in our body determines how we will feel.
Too often we equate food to entertainment. If your first thought when seeing this is “I couldn’t eat that, too boring!!”

If you are asking food to do something it was not designed to do (entertain you) then how do you know when that is done?
If you are asking food to fuel and nourish you those signals of being done become easier to recognize
