Hi everyone! I’m the owner of Windsor Therapeutic Massage & Recovery in Windsor, CO, and I’m looking to add another amazing W-2 Licensed Massage Therapist to our small but thriving 2-person team!

We’ve got a consistent and growing client base, and I want someone who’s passionate about massage therapy, professional, and looking for a supportive and client focused work environment.

Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist (W-2 Employee)
Location: Windsor, CO
Schedule: Flexible! We’ll work together to build a schedule that fits both your needs and the needs of our clients.

What We Offer:
✅ Commission-based pay (30%–45% depending on experience)
✅ Tips are 100% yours
✅ Add-on services earn additional commission
Average $50–$65 per 60-minute massage including tips/add-ons
✅ All supplies, linens, and products provided
✅ CEU opportunities and team trades encouraged
✅ Full use of our Recovery Room equipment (cold plunge, full spectrum infrared sauna, halo-red room(halotherapy & redlight), PEMF, & more)
✅ Marketing and administrative support
✅ Calm, collaborative work environment

Requirements:
✔️ Current Colorado Massage Therapy License
✔️ Professional liability insurance
✔️ Great communication and client care skills
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
✔️ Willingness to maintain strong ethical and professional boundaries
