We offer an 8-week outpatient program for teens and young adults, ages 12 to 24, that focuses on building strengths and lifelong skills. Help is always available if you or someone you love are in need of support.

The 988 Su***de and Crisis Lifeline is here to support you. No matter what‘s on your mind or when you want to reach out, text or call 988 or chat at https://chat.988lifeline.org/, which is available in English and Spanish. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across the United States. The 988 Lifeline may connect you with CHR’s Mobile Crisis Teams for youth and adults.

Connecticut residents can also call the United Way 2-1-1 crisis hotline for immediate assistance or to be connected to local resources. United Way works with CHR’s Mobile Crisis Response Team when individuals need in-person, short-term crisis response, stabilization, and intervention. The United Way and CHR, every hour and every day, are here to provide immediate help and hope.

Zones of Regulation will help children ages 7 to 9 learn how to be more mindful, handle difficult emotions, have healthier relationships, and be better at planning and focusing.
