I just survived 7 puppies and all that fall holds for a busy family! I have the rest of our produce harvest left to put up, school deadlines for my senior son, homeschooling our youngest, training puppies, and boy am I ready for a slow down! 🥱

Can you remember the first thing you took out of your home to make a healthier choice? 🤔
For me it was downy fabric softener!🙈 I'd like to thank the repairman that opened my eyes wide to the dangers of fabric softener, over 20 years ago. He came the day after I had just bought a new bottle and my washing machine had broke down. He took about my machine and showed me the 2 inch thick sludge in the drum, and explained how the softener was wax based and held in the dirt, mildew and mold (and every stinky nasty thing in between!) in the machine. He also was the first person to mention the words "phthalates" "endocrine disrupters" "carcinogens and household products" - basically a giant lesson on toxins on the skin and the body. And oh ya- he explained that I was making my kids' clothes totally flammable 🔥. 🙈🙈😞
It was a lot to take in at first, as I loved that stuff and I loved my wall plugins... He mentioned I should unplug those too! 🙈🤷‍♀️I was really having a hard time that afternoon, but I hit the ole' interweb and found everything he said to be solid and true. I started that day making changes. I bought my first gallon bottle of vinegar to clean everything as he suggested, and the tea test is history!!
Today I remember that kind old man and think of his ministry of educating mommas, one home at a time and hope I've done him proud, sharing what he taught me and what I've leavened since! So here I am. In my own ministry. A wellness warrior- passionate about educating people! Can't wait to hear 👂 what tipped your health scale below 👇!

What if learning how to make healthy changes to your lifestyle, wasn't so overwhelming? What if you didn't feel fire 🔥 hosed with information and felt like you could learn in snippets, one little piece at a time! ❤️You don't have to dump your house in the trash, you can start by changing one little thing at a time! 💪
My own personal health journey, is paved with one serving at a time! I've been incredibly blessed to do life with smarter people than I, who have been aware of things before me. I'm excited to change gears here and focus on the long haul and answer questions in between! I have a passion for sharing what I know about toxin free living and reaching the root of health issues. I do this by sharing my own knowledge and connecting you to those who know more!
