🌿 Helping Mamas nourish themselves & littles through intuition & wisdom. 🤍Align with your inner knowing, 🥗simplify meals, and ✨nurture with purpose.
Hello, my name is Shantiel Sisneros, and I am a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, Life Coach, and your fellow recovering autoimmune friend. For over 12 years, I have worked as a massage therapist & esthetician, but I knew I was destined to make a more profound impact. After experiencing my own autoimmunity struggles, I discovered functional nutrition and felt a calling to help those like myself feel better, understood, and heard, in a world where we are often undertreated. My goal is to assist individuals who face health challenges by simplifying their nutrition and lifestyle habits. Additionally, I aim to coach them in developing a mindset that will help them achieve success in managing their health concerns.

Balanced blood sugar = balanced mood.
Steady nourishment = clearer thinking.
A regulated body = a present mind.
You don’t need to learn how to be a mother..
You just need to nourish yourself enough to hear your instincts coming through.

To often I see Mixed signals on is salt Good or Bad, or what type to use, or even some showing some pretty harmful ways of consuming Salt.
If you are a mama-to-be and have an interactive thyroid it is important to be mindfully consuming the RIGHT form of salt for proper iodine levels. Up until week 16 of gestation the baby relies on the mamas thyroid hormones as their own. Thereafter they begin to produce their own.
If thyroid function is low this could lead to neurodevelopment delays and impaired brain development for baby.
For Mama-
Keep mind of these signs & symptoms. Though they may "seem normal" during pregnancy it's important to get your thyroid checked if they do come up & stick around.

Everything around us carries energy—the plants that grow, the animals we care for, the food we eat, and the loved ones we cherish. We are all made of energy.
As mothers, we spend so much time tuning into the needs of our little ones and even our own. But what if we shifted our focus from just the physical inputs we consume each day to the energy we receive? When we do this, we begin to listen to the energy of the soul, guiding our awareness to what we truly need—not just what society tells us we should need.

1. Parineum- What the heck? My midwife kept asking me how it was feeling or if there was any pressure- ahhh I guess not. So if you are unaware of this too. Let me help you.
**Parineum is the skin & muscle area between your butt hole & v***a** (your welcome 😉)
2. Your mainly supposed to lay on your Left Side to help with blood flow to the uterus & other organs. Which this I could not do because I had horribly rib pain. So not only can you not pay on your back or stomach but apparently you should stick to one side. Whatttttt?!
3. Depending how your carrying your baby, high or low will determine if you can still see your va**na or not! 😅 SURPRISE* you can see better if they sit low. When they are up high girl you can't bend over to breathe long enough to see.
4. You don't HAVE TO go a long with almost any western medicine practices while pregnant. I personally opted out of ultrasounds, hospital birth, the nasty glucose drink test, regular va**nal checks, flu shots and more. (Not medical advice, just telling you to look into these things if your curious).
5. The B**B CRAWL! Only the coolest thing ever post birth. After a little while of baby being on your chest post birth they can smell the breast milk pheromones and literally crawl their cute little booties over to go eat. Literally the cutest little thing you get to first experience. 💕
Welp, I hope you also learned something crazy here today.
✨If you've had your baby. Tell me something wild you had no idea about. Child birth is wild!🤯

Motherhood changes everything—including the way we fuel our bodies. Between sleepless nights, feeding schedules, and endless diaper changes, it’s easy to reach for whatever’s quick. But just like the company we keep shapes our mindset, the food we keep shapes our energy, mood, and recovery.
Stocking your kitchen with nourishing, easy-to-grab foods can make all the difference. Think simple, nutrient-dense meals and snacks that support healing, milk supply, and energy levels. Because a well-fed mama is a stronger, more present mama.

Welcome! I'm Shantiel Sisneros, I have been a Massage Therapist for 8 years and in that time I have acquired 686 hours of massage, and 652 hours of Aesthetics. I have worked for myself as Well Being Therapies for nearly six years.
In my practice I have a huge passion for what I do. I believe ones mental, and physical health are the answer to happiness and well being. A person who takes care of their body & mind will take more pride in themselves in every aspect of their life.
I work with a wide variety of massage techniques to make each massage customized. Depending on if we are working to correct a muscular dysfunction, or just focusing on relaxing- no one massage will be the same as the next persons. Expect relaxing aromatherapy in room- to help unwind, meditation music- to clear the mind, and an elbow and/or massage cupping - to rid of those knots. Keeping your skin healthy and glowing is vital as well. Your skin will tell me a lot about your health. Whether you need more water in your diet, or need to cut back on the junk food. Your skin will tell me what kind of facial service you need to get it looking healthy again. Not to mention the self confidence good looking skin will give you!
As for myself, I am a moderately outdoorsy person. Summer time consist of hikes with my husband every Sunday sunrise finished with a food truck at the nearest brewery, Obstacle races, 5ks and long one miles walks with our two boys Zuezz & Charles (chihuahuas). We want to venture out to snow shoeing in the winter but just haven't got there yet. With these hobbies I have fallen even more in love with working out, getting massages & taking care of my skin because I first hand know how important they are to keep myself healthy.
Again, I am here to help you and get you back to a healthier state of well being! When you are with me, it is all about you!
I am excited to work with you all! Please feel free to call or text if you have any questions or would like to book your session.
