Still thinking back on this incredible day! On June 27th, the Foundation hosted its 21st Annual Golf Outing, the most successful to date! By the end of the day, friends of the Care Center helped raise over $35,000—all of which will go towards improving the lives of the people that call the Care Center home.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible partnership of The Tony Reyes Family Foundation; Kenneth Moy Jr.; Professional Medical Supply; Rock, Fusco & Connelly; FT Cares Foundation; Wheaton Bank & Trust and Hinsdale Bank & Trust (Wintrust Community Banks); IPMG; and so many generous sponsors and attendees.
