5 nutrition tips to help get you on the right path with your nutrition. 1. Prioritize your protein! Make sure you have peotein with all your meals/snacks. 2. Don't avoid healthy fats. They also help keep you fuller longer and have great benefits such as heart health, hormone production, blood sugar management, nutrient absorption specifically for your fat soluble vitamins: A, D, E, K. 3. Hydrate! Aim for half your body weight in ounces per day! 4. Aim for half your plate to be veggies/fruit at least twice a day! Fiber helps with regularity and helps to keep you full! 5. Plan and then prep. You cannot expect to be success without planning out your nutrition! It's no different than planning out your day for job.
