"Get Well...Go Home" is our code name for short-term rehab at Sunrise Terrace!

📆With a qualifying hospital stay, utilize your Medicare benefit and tell your discharge planner you wish to receive short-term rehab with us!

💪You will work with our team of therapists (PT/OT/SLP) and our 24/7 nursing team to meet your goals to return home!

While here, you will enjoy:
🍽️Delicious meals in our newly remodeled dining room (or room tray, you choose) to provide your body the fuel it needs
🏡Your own private suite (not a hospital room), located adjacent to our 1,000 square foot therapy gym, where you can control your own thermostat
💁‍♀️Socialize as much as you wish with our 24/7 staff and residents, partaking in activities and entertainment you decide to attend
🧖‍♀️Choose to shower in our newly remodeled spa, or use your own in-suite shower
👩‍⚕️Regular in-house visits by our physician and nurse practitioner from the University of Iowa

Choose Sunrise Terrace's short-term rehab, where you will work hard to achieve your goals, but also receive person centered care by our amazing, competent staff that will treat you like family!💜

📖🍪 Cookbook Oops! 🍪📖

It turns out Grandma Evans’ Sugar Cookies were feeling a little less sweet than intended 😅

In the Sunrise Terrace 50th Anniversary Cookbook, please note this correction:

👉 On page 105, Grandma Evans’ Sugar Cookies are missing 1 cup of sugar (kind of important, right? 😉).

Please add 1 cup of sugar to the recipe.

Sorry for the mix-up, and thanks for rolling with our sweet little mistake. Happy baking! 💛🍪
