We are open today! The parking lot and sidewalks are cleared, but take extra care walking in from the parking lot. If you need additional assistance making your way inside, give us a call when you get here. If you'd rather stay home today, we can reschedule your appointment for a warmer day!

Please note our upcoming holiday hours. We still have appointment openings between now and the end of the year for any acute care needs or if you are trying to squeeze in another visit before your deductible resets. Don't wait to call for prescriptions refills-- we don't want you to run out when we're out of the office!

UPDATE 8:30am: System restored!

Our EHR, eClinicalWorks, is currently experiencing outages related to the global Cloudflare server issue. We are not able to access any patient charts or schedule patient appointments at this time. Thank you for your patience as we wait for this issue to resolve. Will update this status when we have more information.

REMINDER: Walk-In Flu Shots will be available THIS WEEK.
Thursday 10/9 from 8am-4pm and Friday 10/10 from 8am-12pm.

No appointment necessary. Immunizations are available to all our patients with commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans.

If these times aren't convenient for you, don't let that stop you! Just give us a call and we can schedule you for a flu shot on another date.

Beautiful start to the week at Family Care Center!

SAVE THE DATE: Our Walk-In Flu Shots will be available on Thursday October 9 from 8am-4pm and Friday October 10 from 8am-12pm. No Appointments necessary.

Immunizations are available to all our patients with commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans. If these times don't work for you, don't let that stop you! Just give us a call at 620-221-9500 and we can schedule you for a flu shot on another date.
