Exercises can be done sitting or standing, and are incredibly effective at reducing stress and blood pressure, promoting balance and awareness. Increasing flexibility, strength & dexterity. Mindful Mondays - September session #2

Bone Marrow Cleansing - Version Two

Tonight, we washed vibrant, bright white energy through the very marrow of our bones. Cleansing them of spent energy, unwanted energy and toxins, leaving the marrow bright, vibrant and healthy. Healthy bone marrow produces healthy white blood cells, healthy white blood cells produce healthy red blood cells, healthy red blood cells transport oxygen, carbon dioxide, water, nutrients and waste efficiently. Healthy blood cells lead to good circulation, ensuring health, wellness and vitality. Leading to a long and productive life.

Join us 4 Mondays each month for a 20-40 minute guided mindfulness practice. Each week is different so you can find the one that really works for you. An mp3 recording of each session is available shortly after.

Using methods to focus the body on relaxation, the mind on awareness, and the spirit on belief, this class can help reduce stress, anxiety & aid relaxation.

No experience is necessary, only a desire to cultivate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, reduce stress and prolong life.
