Mindful Mondays - July session #2
The Rotation of Consciousness
Tonight, we experienced a state of true, deep physical relaxation. From the crown of our head to the tips of our fingers, from the crown of our head to the tips of our toes we relaxed every joint in our body, plus energy centers, letting go of all of our physical stress and tension. When the body is relaxed the mind can relax, when the mind is relaxed the spirit can relax. When the spirit is relaxed amazing things can happen.
Join us 4 Mondays each month for a 20-40 minute guided mindfulness practice. Each week is different so you can find the one that really works for you. An mp3 recording of each session is available shortly after.
Using methods to focus the body on relaxation, the mind on awareness, and the spirit on belief, this class can help reduce stress, anxiety & aid relaxation.

The next session of Mindful Mondays begins 4th August at 7:30pm Central Time.
August will focus on breathing, the most important thing we can do. Mindful Mondays is suitable for new and seasoned students, all that is required is a sense of openness, and a desire to improve your wellbeing.
