Hey y'all!
Here is my go to set up for Yoga Nidra. It's supports each major segment of the body for maximum support so that you can truly rest.
The goal for Yoga Nidra is not necessarily sleep, but it is not uncommon for participants to fall asleep.
We will have plenty of bolsters, blocks and blankets to help support you in resting your body so that you can receive this healing meditation.
