Patient feedback helps us shine! Today, we're celebrating five-star care at William Newton Hospital by highlighting the heart of our William Newton Hillside Family Medicine clinic. In our busy world, we know how much it means to have a healthcare team that takes time to listen. One of our patients recently shared why they feel so at home at Hillside:
“Very grateful for the loving care received every time I am a patient. I am always treated with respect. I do not feel rushed when I see either my doctor or practitioner. The nursing staff and front desk personnel treat me like family.”

Following in the footsteps of Kimberley Adams-McDarty is no small feat, but as this patient can attest, Laura Thielen, APRN, has stepped up with incredible compassion and expertise. They shared how much the seamless transition and attentive care are appreciated:
