Founded in 1993 by community leaders of Marion and Winston Counties, Hospice of Northwest Alabama, Inc. is a freestanding, not-for-profit, non-denominational program available to all regardless of age, race, color, creed, national origin, handicap condition, illness, or ability to pay. Hospice of Northwest Alabama, Inc. provides services throughout Marion and Winston Counties and surrounding communities in Walker, Fayette, Lamar, and Pickens Counties of Northwest Alabama. is ........certified by the Medicare and Medicaid programs..... a member of the Alabama Hospice Organization and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. ......supported by memorials, contributions, and gifts from individuals, groups, organizations, and corporate citizens.

Thank you Country Place Assisted Living in Winfield for letting Hospice of Northwest Alabama participate in 12 days of Christmas for your sweet residents today. It was a true blessing to bring them quilts and Hand crouched blankets. I hope they enjoy them!!

Fun filled day with my friends at Generations. Thank you for the opportunity to minister to your sweet patients! My favorite part was when I sang “Thank you lord for your blessings on me” and they sang right along with me. You could tell they meant every word. Truly blessed my heart! I pray they have the best Thanksgiving!!
