Our Story

Sickle Cell is the most common inherited blood disorder in the United States. Sickle Cell Disease usually begins in early childhood stage. Sickle Cell Disease places a heavy financial and emotional burden of the patients and their families. Grace Foundation of UC is here to educate , provide financial support and mental empowerment in the child, adult and families life while managing a chronic disease on a daily basic. Sickle Cell is an invisible disease that comes with under line social disparity. We are fighting with our residents to educate as their advocate one person at a time to narrow social disparity that comes with SCD.
