Do yourself a favor, ditch your old thoughts if they’re not working for you. One negative thought has a big ripple effect. It takes work to change patterns but if you’re 1% improved than the day before you will feel results. We’re in a time of massive change and it’s all here for you!

As I embarked on my journey through grief about 3 months ago, someone gave me a piece of advice that has not only saved me but it’s changed me.
She said “Life IS beautiful. Right now there’s grief. And there is room for both in your life. “
This resonated with me tremendously. I was having trouble balancing the enormous tsunamis of grief and the beauty of (my) life. On so many days the grief was in control. But making room for both allowed me to expand. It has allowed me to open up and still be …and to feel joy. There’s still pain. There’s no less pain to be honest right now. But somehow I’m in deep grief and a beautiful flow at the same time. There’s beauty. There’s pain. There’s grief. But there’s also trust. Somehow we have to find a way to carry on. So my offering to you …. In this polarized world we are living in. A world with so much to think about …. Don’t stay stuck. Make room for it all and let it move through you. The energy in your heart, your body, your spirit and your mind can all flow and carry you into a bigger fuller life.

Welcome to National Train Your Brain Day! In a sense this is what hypnosis is about … retraining your brain! Whether you’re going into the subconscious and digging deep or doing something slightly different… the littlest thing does make a difference. A wise person once told me, even if you are 1% better than the day before, you have improved. So do something different today to retrain your brain.
