I make stuff intuitively. The vision I see with our heart is the openness and a disguise sometimes in the front. Meanwhile all twisted and complex in the back. We can let a lot in (front) but can we release it for flow (back). This is the nature of the heart energy. In throughout the front and release to the back.. otherwise back up.

I love yoga. Because its practice (not perfection). Its spiritual and physical. Because it brings me back to the now. Because no matter where I think I am, it shows me where I actually am. Because it teaches me, even when I'm not listening. Because I'm never in pain DURING yoga. Because it doesn't judge me. Because it’s not like anything else, and because it’s always evolving. ❤ (my favorite..)
