After a vacation in North America where I gained a pound a day, I came back very overweight. In the first week I lost 6 pounds and 2% body fat!

My knees were in constant pain, I was throwing out my back every other week, and I couldn't run or play on the basketball court for very long. I tried a few diets and worked with personal trainers, but didn't see much difference. I soon joined a fitness club and started a personalized nutrition program that had far better results. After 6 weeks, I was down 22 pounds and 8% body fat. To date, I have lost over 40 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of lean muscle. My knees don't hurt, I'm much stronger, and I can play basketball as well as I did 15 years ago. This journey opened my eyes to how many people are living in pain and discomfort due to unhealthy lifestyles. My own results have inspired me to reach out to others and help them achieve happier, healthier lives.
