Simple Ways to Care for Your Mental Health This Holiday Season
> Take short breaks to recharge.
> Set gentle boundaries when gatherings feel overwhelming.
> Keep small routines that help you stay grounded.
> Manage expectations, focus on what truly matters, things don't have to be perfect to be special and memorable.

Our experienced, licensed therapists empower clients to address a variety of issues, including: - Anxiety and Stress - Low Self Esteem and Shame - Depression - Relationship Issues - Divorce - Trauma - Substance Use - Prenatal & Postnatal Challenges - Improving Happiness and Well-Being

CCNS is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare. For self-paying clients, fees are based on a sliding scale determined by household income and the number of dependents in the household.

Confidentiality is assured for all services.
