As a physician in the Winnetka area, I have established a unique pediatric practice in downtown Winnetka. It is a lovely location where I can pursue my lifelong goal to work with infants, toddlers, and adolescents of growing families. Coming from a family of five siblings and myself being blessed with my daughters, Chloe and Stella, I feel my background, education, and wide experience in the field of pediatrics makes me well prepared to serve the community.

Over the past five ✋years, I’ve had the privilege of observing 🧐the growth and health of the wonderful children 🦋in my practice. One key insight has stood out📣: the HEALTHIEST children consistently consume REAL 🥦🫐non-processed FOOD and primarily drink 💦 WATER after transitioning from breast milk or goat🐐 formula at one year old.
Conclusion: Children do NOT need milk to grow!!!
In light of this, I am encouraging families to keep using bottles🍼 until your child naturally outgrows them, typically between the ages of 3-4 years old! For our little bottle drinkers, I’m now recommending coconut 🥥 milk! 🥥
**Why Coconut Milk?** Our gut health🩺 is incredibly important, and 🥥 is a fantastic supporter of our gut microbiome. 🤗When we consume coconut🥥, we make our “good gut buddies” happy🤗🤗🤗which in turn helps to build a robust immune system. 💪
