When healthcare options are scarce, passionate providers make all the difference. Meet Mailah Panaligan- Paterno APRN,AGPCNP-C, CDCES, OCN, CMSRN who practices at Bienville Community Health Center in Ringgold ,LA.

Mailah’s goal is to provide the best and up-to-date care for people who have limited resources. “My advocacy for the people of the rural area, especially the aging population, has brought about a huge improvement in their health care. My campaign on educating my patients along with their families and caregivers on preventive care, motivating them to participate for their own health and well-being, and making them feel that they are heard and their health needs matter has been fulfilling to the community. Equipped with the skills of 30 years of nursing experience, heart, and education, I have brought the center of health care to these people’s lives.”
