Meet Kim Bankston from our Surgery Department! 💙

A proud Winnfield Senior High graduate, Kim went on to earn her Nursing degree from NSU before returning home to Winnfield to serve the community she loves. With 5 years in surgery and 5½ years at WPMC, Kim brings compassion, experience, and hometown heart to every patient she cares for.

Kim says her favorite part about working at WPMC is the family atmosphere among coworkers and providers, along with the opportunity to care for patients right here at home. “I love my job!” ❤️

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughters and four grandchildren and is active at First Baptist Church.
