Plantation Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is located in a quiet residential area of Winnsboro set back on Macon Ridge overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds for your safety and peace of mind. Franklin Parish Medical Center, numerous doctors’ offices, and the offices of other health care professionals are only minutes away. The warm and friendly atmosphere experienced here reflects the long tradition of quality care that was begun long ago when Mrs. Ollie Riley brought two elderly people who had no place to go into her home for nursing care, a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Plantation Manor, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. Residents, families, and staff came together at Plantation Manor for a tailgating celebration! The parking lot was filled with festive decorations, delicious food, and plenty of team spirit. Everyone enjoyed classic tailgate favorites, lively music, and friendly games that brought smiles to all.

The highlight of the day was seeing our residents light up as they cheered, laughed, and joined in on the fun. From hamburgers and chips to co****le and decorated vehicles, the event was a true touchdown for our Plantation Manor family.

At Plantation Manor, we love creating opportunities for joy, connection, and community—and this tailgating event was the perfect way to kick off the season together!

The Icebox was on-site serving up delicious snow cones to residents, employees, and guests — the perfect way to cool off after the action!
