the long tradition of quality care that was begun long ago when Mrs. Ollie Riley brought two elderly people who had no place to go into her home for nursing care, a tradition based upon our belief that what counts most in a nursing facility is resident care. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Plantation Manor, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. Wednesday at Plantation Manor, we continued celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week with a fun-filled day hosted by our Dietary Department! 🌭🏅

Residents, families, and staff came together to enjoy sports games, delicious hot dogs, lots of laughter, and friendly competition. It was another wonderful day of making memories and celebrating the special community we have here at Plantation Manor.

Residents, families, and staff came together to enjoy music, laughter, great fellowship, and of course delicious nachos. It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, fun, and special memories for everyone.
