Join us for our Halloween Costume Showcase on Friday, October 31 at 12:00 PM at the Winona PSN (Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center)! 🧡

✨ Open to staff and clients
✨ Group or individual costumes welcome
✨ Homemade or store-bought—just bring your creativity!
✨ “Best Costume” contest with voting 🏆

We’re also looking for a few items to help make this event extra festive:
🕸️ Adult-sized costumes (new or unused)
🕸️ Halloween-colored curtain (shower or window)
🕸️ 4 tablecloths

Every second counts in an opioid overdose. You can be the difference between life and death.

Join us for a FREE Community Naloxone Training:

🕖 7:00 – 9:00 PM

At this training, you’ll learn:
✔️ How to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose
✔️ How to use naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an overdose
✔️ About Minnesota’s Good Samaritan Law (“Steve’s Law”)
✔️ See a live demo of naloxone administration
✔️ Leave with your own naloxone kit

This event is open to all — and especially close for those in Houston and Winona Counties.

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is based in Winona, MN and has been providing mental health services to Southeastern Minnesota since 1965. Throughout the years, the organization has experienced extensive growth and expansion in meeting the growing mental health needs in Winona, as well as other local communities.
