A big thank you to for their generous donation supporting our February Mom & Baby Essentials Drive! 💙

Through their support, we received an incredible supply of NUK baby essentials, including:
🍼 36 boxes of NUK Natural Baby Bottle Packs (each with three bottles and a pacifier)
👶 96 five-packs of NUK pacifiers

These items will go directly to families across our five-county service area—Winona, Houston, Wabasha, Fillmore, and Goodhue counties—helping ensure parents have access to the essential supplies their babies need to stay healthy, comforted, and cared for.

Our Mom & Baby Essentials Drive is part of Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center’s monthly Give-Back Program, which focuses on meeting real community needs. Partnerships like this help reduce financial stress for families and support the well-being of both parents and their children.

Thank you again to Newell Brands for helping us make a meaningful difference for families in our communities.

We’re excited to announce a brand-new teen therapy group at Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) — Growing Through It!

This in-person group is designed for teens (ages 13–17) who are navigating the ups and downs of mental health and social life. Together, participants will explore topics like emotional regulation, peer relationships, self-esteem, coping skills, and more — all in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

🗓 Projected Start Date: On or after March 16, 2026

📍 Location: HVMHC - Winona: 420 East Sarnia St.
Same day, time, and location previously held for our Foundations group

Please join us in welcoming Scott Grosskopf to Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center! 👏

Scott joins our team as a School Linked Clinical Trainee at our Winona – Sarnia Square location. After working in professional social work since 2009, Scott recently made the exciting decision to expand into the therapeutic and clinical side of the field. His passion for growth and dedication to serving others led him to HVMHC, and we’re so glad it did!

Scott is especially passionate about combining his years of personal and professional experience with new clinical skills to help improve the mental health and lives of the individuals and families he serves. Known for his positivity, he strives to see the best in everyone he meets. 🎶 Fun fact: he’s also a singer who loves music!

Outside of work, Scott values time with family and friends and prioritizes self-care — something he knows is essential in the mental health field. One of his favorite memories from the past year has been watching his child grow into an amazing adult and confidently forge their own path.

Welcome to the team, Scott! We’re excited to have you serving our school-linked communities. 💙
