Last night we held our annual Board of Directors meeting—electing officers for the new year, approving our 2026 budget, and celebrating the strength of our mission and direction.

We also took an important moment to thank Mac Baird as he concluded six years of dedicated service on our Board.

Mac has been a steady, thoughtful leader whose integrity, grace, and vision strengthened Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center in countless ways.

Although his board term has ended, Mac will continue to be a strong advocate for our work, especially in the Lake City area. We are deeply grateful.

Thank you, Mac, for all you've done—and all you continue to do—for our communities
