The gang was back together to celebrate the marriage of Kris Anderson. I miss this team along with the amazing professionals we collaborated with at so many places - athletic trainers, physical therapists, Gundersen Sports Medicine, Mayo ..... and of course our patients. Since 2000 we have been a part of the electronic medical record system administered by Winona Health. To request records, submit a written patient authorization form signed by the patient or guardian directly to their Health Information Management Office. Forms are available in person at Winona Health or you may access one at www.winonahealth.org. You may submit this request by email to himemail@winonahealth.org or faxing to (507) 457-4160. After over thirty years of practicing medicine I will be retiring. My last day to see patients in our office will be April 18th. Here in Winona, Winona Health offers many orthopaedic surgery services, and our two large neighboring medical facilities, Mayo Clinic in Rochester and Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, offer a full spectrum of subspecialty orthopaedic care.
