Our Red Light Therapy tower is ready to come to the spa!

We will announce when it is live - it will temporarily be set up in our salt room so that clients can start using it. Our ultimate goal is to get it set up permanently in our small sauna room (removing the plunge). If you would do us a favor, can you click the link in the comments to take our very quick Red Light survey?? We need answers from more individuals that currently use our facilities - but absolutely could use answers from new clients as well!

Help Kelsey convince Tim that we should get this amazing new service permanently set up! We would still have plunge and sauna in our large room. This would mean two amazing options with your sauna sessions and being able to use both options with your packages.

As 2025 ends, we want to say thank you!

Thank you to every single one of you for trusting us with your health and wellness, following us on social media, sharing our business with your friends, and sticking with us as we navigated a brand-new world this year!

This year might have been challenging for Kelsey and her health but having the option to let her body heal has been incredible and we can't thank her massage clients enough for allowing her that time! We hope she will be back and running the sauna sessions in the new year and we will go from there.

We are so excited to see what this new year has in store! We will be adding Red Light Therapy, doing a little change with the scenery, and so much more. We hope that you stick along for the ride!

We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! 🎄

We will be closed Christmas Day but if you need a last minute gift, gift cards can be purchased online on our website.

Spend time with family, soak in the memories, remember those that are no longer with us, and most importantly the reason for the season.
