It’s time to Spring clean your body!πŸ’— Try these hydrating, nutrient-dense recipes focusing on fresh greens, citrus, and ginger to support liver function and other detox organs to help flush toxins and boost energy:

Warm Lemon Ginger Drink: Mix 12-16 oz warm water, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tsp honey to support digestion.

Green Machine Smoothie: Blend 4 oz coconut water, 4 oz water, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 cup pineapple, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup kale, 1 cup baby spinach, and 1 tbsp flax seeds.

Refreshing Detox Water: Combine 1 gallon of water with 3 slices of diced watermelon, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 lemon/lime, and 10-13 fresh mint leaves; steep overnight.
