Whether you are facing a transition in life, dealing with anxiety or depression, living with chronic pain, or healing from a physical injury or emotional scars, yoga therapy can be a path to finding your balance. I create a compassionate and nourishing space for my clients to remember their o

By using principles of kinesiology, the science of healing, Ayurveda - The science of life, yoga therapy, and active listening, I bridge the healing sciences of western and eastern medicine and contemporary mind/body psychology to guide and support each person on their own unique healing path so they can tap into their optimal self and wellness.
