This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the women of PedsOne who are helping make history in pediatric healthcare 🩷

Across the country, pediatric practices rely on strong teams behind the scenes — and at PedsOne, those teams are largely made up of talented women supporting practices and patients every day. From revenue cycle management to practice partnerships, their expertise helps pediatric providers focus on what matters most: caring for kids.

We’re especially proud that many of the practices we support are women-led, and that the women of PedsOne play such an important role in strengthening pediatric care nationwide.

🧑‍🎨 Creativity can take many forms. Sometimes, it becomes deeply meaningful.

As part of our Little Boxes of Joy initiative in October, team members were invited to slow down and create something personal. From succulent zen gardens and stained glass paintings to sourdough starter kits and custom paint-by-numbers, each project reflected the creativity and care of the person behind it.

Here’s a look at what some of our team created:

🪴 Althea, Karen, Nikki, Becky and Lara crafted thriving succulent zen gardens.
🥖 Kristen’s sourdough starter didn’t quite rise as planned, but her effort is A+.
🎨 Michelle and Heather C. brought their stained glass window projects to life, each shining in its own way. Michelle is hanging out in hers!
🐶 Sam chose a custom paint-by-numbers kit using a photo of her beloved dog. After completing the painting, she gifted it to her daughter for Christmas—turning a creative project into a lasting memory and a meaningful expression of love.

These moments remind us that joy, creativity and connection are at the heart of our community. It's a great reminder that sometimes, the simplest projects can carry the most meaning. 💙

Accurate registration sets the tone for a successful appointment. At PedsOne, we make sure demographic and insurance information is collected and verified before your visit whenever possible.

Here's your check-list:
✔️ New patients are pre-registered by phone or in person
✔️ Insurance and benefits are verified ahead of time
✔️ Missing info is addressed before the appointment
✔️ Guarantor email access helps families stay on top of payments
✔️ New patient packets are provided so there are no surprises

By completing registration early (or at check-in for same-day visits), we reduce delays, avoid billing issues and keep the focus where it belongs: your child’s care 💙
