SxB VT We are a fitness studio located in downtown Winooski Vt. SxB® stands for Strength x Balance, it is a method, a lifestyle and a real good workout.

It was created several years ago by Master trainer and CEO of SxB, Susannah Shulman. The method is an amalgamation of traditional strength training, Pilates, Yoga and ballet like movements; there are also just the right amount of cardio intervals to challenge the most seasoned fitness enthusiast. SxB is about the sequence and pace of specific moves woven together to completely exhaust not just lar

ge muscle groups but smaller ones as well. It’s effective and time sensitive, your will get a complete full body work out in 45 min. Many of them are still responsible for rent at their physical locations, even if the studios themselves are unoccupied. They have no choice but to keep charging for classes, even knowing that they’re reaching participants in an imperfect format. And while these costs could make them unattractive to some potential users, local studios are banking on the key advantage they have over bigger brands: Strong personal ties among clientele, who now more than ever want to feel connected to others as they exercise.”

Despite Covid-19 keeping people away from their local fitness studios, many clients have never felt more connected to them.

Missing the studio full of people and sunlight a lot today. I cannot wait till we’re back together again. In the meantime, virtual class are seriously the next best thing. Sooooooooo, let’s workout together today! You’ve got 2 chances, 12 and 5:30. Both classes will have lots cardio intervals and you’ll need heavy weights, 8 lbs or more (but really, if you don’t have weights, or only have lite weights, that works too!) Tonight’s class will be lots of legs; lunges, squats and glut work, if you have access to light weights and a band, great, if not, no biggie! Also, this is important so imma type it in all caps. Good morning everyone! I know we hit a glitch last night and a few of you couldn’t t get into class, just know I’m working on it... Who’s going to class today???!!?? Lucky for you, you’ve got two options, 12 and 5:30. If you haven’t signed up or reached out, please do so soon! Today’s classes are gonna be very straightforward SxB, loud fast music, lots of squats and deadlifts with heavy weights( if you have and or want to use them) and of course some serious abs. I was not sure how this mornings class was gonna go. It’s very much a class that always has the same people in it; people who know my teaching style, know the method and my rhythm. I wanna start with saying thank you to each and every one of you. I would not have been able to get through the last several weeks without you. Thank you for being the best part of my day. Thank you for showing up. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. If you haven’t yet joined in on class remotely, I highly recommend you do so.
