[$5-$10 ASK!] — Today’s the last day of our Round Up for Sangha Membership Drive. Last year we changed our software platform to one that truly allows for donation-based/choose your own membership pricing. We’ve seen this change have a huge impact by the amount that it is used. Upwards of 2/3 of our members are Choose Your Own! This is incredible! While yes, it means that some CYO members pay above our Sustaining Rate, the truth is that many people aren’t able to or choose not to. Our vision has always been that someone can be a member at a rate that works for them because of a financial need, or a rate that works for them based on how much they practice. What we’ve seen is that by putting pay-what-you-can pricing at the forefront when registering, that people use it - which at the end of the means more people are practicing yoga. And that’s what we always say: more yoga for more people. While this is incredible from a mission and impact perspective, it also means that we’ve looked at and analyzed the budget more than ever before, especially the last year(s). Financially, we function off members and drop-ins - not grants and big donors. And, as you’ve heard us share many times before, just when we were so close to being on track - omnicron happened. We’re still recovering from that. In our latest round of budget adjustments, WE ARE SO CLOSE. So herein lies the ask if you are able —— if those who are able up-level by $5-$10/month, a little goes a long way. Since this is the last day, I’ll share this to my story with a direct link to our Round Up form. One of the hardest things about mission-impact work is asking for money while also believing deep down not everyone is able to do that. If you are one that can, your support will help us truly be at financial recovery from Covid. If you’re not a member and would like to join, welcome and incredible. If you’re a member and are not able to Round Up, you can help support by bringing a friend to class or sharing about the studio. It’s not always about money - and the unfortunate truth is that money is what pays the rent. Forever and always, thank you for being on this journey. Sangha is my whole heart and I am grateful.
