Why This Course Exists
As you may know Dr. Mari's 1:1 practice is currently full, with an 8-month waitlist to become a new patient. In response to this growing need, the group lab review course was born. This group-based program was created to provide high-impact guidance now—using the same foundational lab panel she runs for all new patients. This particular group is called "Foundations" as we will focus on the foundations of health, including nutrient deficiencies, thyroid and adrenal assessment, immune status, and metabolism.

What You'll Learn:
Over the course of one group session, you’ll receive your personal lab results and learn:
1. How naturopathic doctors interpret functional blood work
2. How to assess your thyroid function
3. What your immune markers say about your resilience
If you have nutrient deficiencies, how they may be affecting you and how to address them naturally.
4. What your labs reveal about blood sugar, cholesterol, and adrenal status
5. What your next steps should be—even before you become an established patient.

Maine DOT will begin paving Carter Memorial Drive early Thursday, July 31st. Please plan your routes accordingly and prepare for necessary detours. The current plan is to detour traffic via West River Road and Abenaki Drive.
