I could have added so much to this video. These are a few reasons people don’t get massages, but there are so many other reason. Weight, scars, big birthmarks, body hair, stretch marks... none of these is a reason to deny yourself self-care. You deserve to take care of you unapologetically. I don’t need an explanation for why you are the way you are. You are perfect that way, let’s help you feel amazing in the skin you’re in.
