So, I've been doing something this last week, I've been working out.
It's been 2 months since I've really worked out; grief, sadness, winter weather, hair loss (thanks Rona), have all taken a toll on me. I've put my physical, mental and emotional health on the back burner, and it hasn't done me any good.
So last week I showed up for myself. I had a pep talk with myself and I made myself work out.
I moved my body and it felt SO GOOD!!!
I was sweating and it felt SO GOOD!!
I woke up with sore muscles and it felt SO GOOD!!!
I started showing up for ME and it feels SO GOOD!!
My question to you is this: how are you showing up for yourself?
If you need a place to move, come over. We can do this together.
If you need to get outside, call me, lets take a walk.
If you need upbeat, positive music, I already have a playlist for you.
If you need a pep talk, I'll help lift you up 💛🖤💙💛
