We are actively recruiting team members to join our Novant Health Radiology Scheduling call center team in the Winston Salem area.
The Scheduling Specialist would be responsible for the following:
* Providing remarkable care on every call every time, while scheduling radiology exams
* Ensuring exams are scheduled promptly and correctly
* Speaking to patients and providers while coordinating with radiology facilities to provide the best possible fit for the patient's need
The Radiology Scheduling team is comprised of people from all backgrounds working together to care for patients with compassion and excellence. We focus on ensuring that our teammates are prepared to provide that care and that each teammate is well taken care of as well.
