This February, join us in celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Community Care Center by SHARING THE LOVE with our uninsured patients. For 25 years, CCC has provided free medical care to those in need. SHARE THE LOVE and help our patients continue to receive the ongoing medical care they need.
How You Can Help:
Donate $25 monthly in honor or memory of a loved one!
Spread the Word: Encourage your friends and family to join you in supporting the CCC.
Your Impact:
$25/Month: Provides essential medications for a patient for one month.
$50/Month: Covers the cost of a routine check-up for an uninsured patient.
$100/Month: Provide a dental hygienist visit for a patient in need.
Visit our website now to set up your monthly donation. Your generosity will help us continue to provide free, high-quality medical care to those who need it most. THANK YOU! πŸ₯°πŸ˜β€οΈ
