Dorothea Wasmund came to our center facing significant health challenges, but with determination and the support of our therapy and nursing teams, she made incredible progress. Today, she is able to return to Assisted Living walking and caring for herself again.

Starting off Employee Appreciation Day at Mill Creek the right way! 🎉

Administrator Megan kicked things off early with a waffle bar for our third shift team and incoming first shift staff. Later in the day, Jessica, our Dietary Manager, and the dietary team put together a delicious taco bar for our first and second shift staff to enjoy.

This month at Mill Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, our residents enjoyed a festive Hot Cocoa & Coffee Valentine Bar, created beautiful Valentine’s cards, and got creative with heart painting during our Valentine Social Celebration. ☕🎨💌

Moments like these bring warmth, joy, and connection to our community — and we loved celebrating together!
