We had a great time last night at NCMDTM‘s second annual Halloween event. Tina and her CAPS team were incredible and a new star was born! Meet Abby, a beautiful toddler doll with a gentle soul on display at the museum. Mojo4DSoul detected her a year ago and she did not disappoint last night communicating thru paranormal equipment provided by CAPS. Here is a picture of Tina and the museum’s in-house star, “Abby”.

I am thrilled to announce that this year the NC Museum of Dolls, Toys & Miniatures in Spencer, NC, has added two additional locations to investigate. The registered guests will investigate the NEW museum, the OLD museum building, and a 1904 Church where full bodied apparitions have been seen. All locations will be lead by CAPS (Charlotte Area Paranormal Society).

Paranormal Investigation

Have you ever wondered if a doll could be haunted? Or perhaps an old beloved toy with an attachment? Join the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society “CAPS” at the NC Museum of Dolls, Toys and Miniatures for the Museum’s 2nd Annual limited access ghost hunt/tour.

The evening will start with lite refreshments, a CAPS presentation on haunted objects/attachments, and explanation of equipment guests will use for the investigation.

The guests will then breakup into small groups and join a CAPS member who will demonstrate their own personal equipment and proceed to designated areas where “spirited” dolls have been identified.

A group discussion and Q&A will wrap up the evening as well a drawing for a special prize.

This event is offered ONLY to adults over 18 years of age. The tours will run the night of Saturday, October 18, 2025. Please go to the museum website NCMDTM.ORG (Events/Spookytober/Haunted Museum Tour) to reserve your space for this very “spirited”event.
