🕙 10:00am YOGALATES w/ Alex (60 min)
A mindful blend of yoga and Pilates focused on core strength, balance, and steady confidence—calm, supportive, and quietly challenging.
🕦 11:30am YOGASTHA SADHANA w/ Daryl (90 min)
A slow, breath-centered vinyasa practice built on rhythm and repetition, offering space to move deliberately and feel deeply supported.
This isn’t about “finishing strong.”
It’s about honoring the practice you’ve been building—whatever that looked like for you.
