Head-ache-NO-MORE!
Hydrate with electrolytes: coconut water, water with added sea salt. Water alone is not as quickly absorbed in the cells.
Avoid hidden forms of MSG, preservatives, dyes, fragrances, and pesticides.
Check your response to Stress and Breath daily to lower it. (4-7-8 breathing technique takes 2 min a day)
Digital detox: use blue light glasses and choose to use your phone for a restricted amount of hours a day.
Address gut dysfunction: If the gut is off balance, you don't absorb your minerals and vitamins. Also, chemicals leak into the body.
Sleep ritual: same time, cool, dark place, same hours. The more consistent the better
Replace nutrient deficiencies:
Common ones include Magnesium, CoQ10, B2, Alpha lipoic acid
Avoid rebound headache by avoiding:
caffeine, other stimulants, or OTC pain preparations
Utilize herbs in older children under MD guidance:
Feverfew and butterbur
